Tylvalosin Tartrate Premix is an antibiotic feed additive used to treat or control some bacterial infections in pigs and poultry. In swine, it's indicated for enzootic pneumonia, porcine proliferative enteropathy, and dysentery, and is effective against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Lawsonia intracellularis, and Brachyspira hyodysenteriae.

In poultry, Tylvalosin is active against infections caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Ornithobacterium rhinotracheal.

Tylvalosin is a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic. It works by inhibiting protein synthesis within the bacteria's cell wall.
