        General Information:
        AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Tilmicosin Phosphate premix.

        Tilmicosin Phosphate Premix treats BRD and ORD from Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica and controls cattle at high risk for developing BRD. Tilmicosin phosphate is a macrolide antibiotic that treats bovine respiratory disease and enzootic pneumonia. It can prevent pneumonia in cattle, sheep, and pigs.

        Tilmicosin phosphate persists in the tissues for several days. Tilmicosin’s safety has not been established yet in animals that breed. Tilmicosin may be administered through animal feed. Cattle should not be slaughtered within 28 days of the treatment. Tilmicosin is freely soluble in organic solvents.

        The recommended dose for swine in feed is 200-400mg/kg of feed over 10-21 days.

        Side Effects:
        As with all veterinary medicine, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of tilmicosin phosphate premixes. Always consult a veterinary physician or animal care specialist for medical advice before use.
