Always consult a veterinary physician or animal care specialist before using lincomycin premix. If the condition does not improve or becomes worse, then call a veterinary physician or animal care specialist.
Lincomycin is not meant for human consumption and may cause irritation to the skin and mucous membranes. Protective clothing must be worn when handling the product.
Usual dosage includes: 110g per ton of feed to control swine dysentery caused by Lawsonia intracellularis. 220g per ton of feed for the reduction in the severity of respiratory disease associated with mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
Do not exceed advised dosage, and complete the full treatment, as stopping early can result in a recurrence or worsen the problem.
Consult with an animal care specialist about any other medications that are being taken by the animal, and their medical history, before their treatment with lincomycin premix.
