        Product Information

        General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Albendazole premixes.

Albendazole Premix is a broad spectrum nematicide, taenicide, and flukicide. The main veterinary parasites it controls are gastrointestinal and res1iratory roundworms, tapeworms, and adult liver flukes. It is a very common, generic anthelmintic used on livestock.

Albendazole has the broadest spectrum of efficacy of any benzimidazole. It was first approved for animal use and later for human use. Albendazole may be teratogenic, so it is not advisable to feed pregnant animals. Parasite resistance towards benzimidazoles in livestock and horses is common; parasite resistance towards benzimidazoles in dogs and cats is not common.

Albendazole premixes may have teratogenic effects and should not be administered to resident animals. In birds, it may reduce laying performance and egg hatching.

        Side Effects:
As with all veterinary medicine, some unwanted albendazole side effects can occur. Always consult a veterinary physician or animal care specialist for medical advice before use.

Albendazole side effects include but are not limited to dizziness, convulsions, and sleeplessness, loss of appetite, cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting.

For a comprehensive list of all possible albendazole side effects, consult a veterinary physician.

If any symptom persists or gets worse, or you notice any other symptom, then please seek veterinary medical treatment immediately.

        Additional Information

Always consult a veterinary physician or animal care specialist before using Albendazole.

If the condition does not improve or becomes worse, then call a veterinary physician or animal care specialist.

Refer to an animal care specialist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise, and complete the full treatment, as stopping early can result in a recurrence or a worsening of the problem.
