AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Vitamin B6 injections.

Vitamin B6 Injections are a water-soluble vitamin and is part of the vitamin B complex group. Vitamin B6 is used as a treatment for diarrhea, burns, alcoholism, heart disease, dialysis, liver disease, intestinal problems, overactive thyroid, and stress, long-term illness, or serious injury.

Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of Vitamin B6. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use.

Common side effects include, but may not be limited to pain/redness at the injection site, mild diarrhea, itching, or a feeling of swelling all over the body may occur, nausea; headaches; drowsiness; or mild numbness or tingling.

Seek medical attention if the following develop signs of an allergic reaction, hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, tongue, lips or throat, decreased sensation to touch, temperature, and vibration; loss of balance or coordination, numbness in your feet or around your mouth, clumsiness in your hands; or feeling tired.

Use of vitamin B6 during pregnancy or breast feeding is not expected to harm an unborn baby; however it can pass into breast milk. Your dose needs may be different during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or health care professional before having vitamin B6.
Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise. Usual dose for adults is: Average Adequate Intake (AI) in Adults: >=19 to 50 years: 1.3mg/day; >=51 years: men: 1.7mg/day; women: 1.5mg/day .Usual does for children according to the recommended daily allowance (RDA) in Pediatrics: 1 to 3 years: 0.5mg/day; 4 to 8 years: 0.6mg/day.
Vitamin B6 may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with drugs that increase the risk of bleeding including aspirin, anticoagulants, anti- platelet and non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with vitamin B6.
