What dose should be given?

For intramuscular usage, the usual dose for adults is 25-100mg, given 1 or 2 times per week. The maximum dosage is 100mg twice weekly. The dosage is based on medical condition, response to the treatment, age, and weight.

For articular usage, the usual dose for adults is 5-25mg per joint. More than three joints should not be treated in 24 hours. The exact dosage is dependent on the size of the joint.

Side Effects
