Dexamethasone + Indomethacin + Vitamin B1 + Vitamin B6 + Vitamin B12 + Magnesium Trisilicate Capsules are a combination drug used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Each capsule contains both a corticosteroid and an NSAID, which help target pain through multiple channels within the body.
Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 have been added to help further target nerve pain. These are also essential components for nerve health and regeneration. Nerve pain may be caused by many conditions, such as fibromyalgia, shingles, diabetes, and more.
Each capsule contains the following ingredients:
- Dexamethasone (0.5mg) belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. It decreases the immune system's response, which reduces symptoms like itching, swelling, redness, and allergic reactions.
- Indomethacin (25mg) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is thought to work by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.

- Magnesium Trisilicate (100mg) is an inorganic compound that is used to help reduce heartburn and relieve symptoms of indigestion, heartburn, or acid reflux that may occur as side effects of the active ingredients.

Precautions

- You have high blood pressure.

- You have recently been exposed to chickenpox or measles.
The use of Dexamethasone during pregnancy is discouraged, as there is an increased risk of premature delivery. Little information is available on the use of Dexamethasone while breastfeeding.
