AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Sulfur cream.
Sulfur cream is a topical medication which is used to treat acne and other skin conditions (e.g. rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis). It helps to relieve the symptoms of skin irritation caused by these conditions.
Sulfur cream contains a combination of two drugs, precipitated sulfur and mineral oil. Sulfur stops the growth of bacteria on the skin surface. Sulfur also has a drying effect on the skin that helps the skin to shed old cells.
Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of sulfur cream. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use.
Common side effects include mild redness and dry skin.
Serious side effects may include itching/swelling (especially of the face, tongue, and throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing, signs of infection (fever, persistent sore throat), unusual weakness, easy bleeding/bruising, yellowing of eyes and skin.
