If cloaca secretions or tissue specimens are used, the sample should be collected using the enclosed cotton swab. For an accurate test outcome, the swab should be sufficiently saturated. The cotton swab has to be placed in a buffer dilution immediately after the sample has been collected. To continue with the test, it is necessary to administer the buffer dilution drops onto a specific area of the test cassette.
