If the condition does not improve or becomes worse, then call a veterinary physician or animal care specialist.
Refer to an animal care specialist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise, and complete the full treatment, as stopping early can result in a recurrence or a worsening of the problem.
Usual dosage is as follows:
Intramuscular or slow intravenous injection.
Poultry: 0.05ml/kg b.w.
Horses and Cattle: 4.00ml/100kg b.w.
Foals and Calves: 2.00ml/500kg b.w Dogs.
Cats: 0.25ml/5kg b.w.
Consult with an animal care specialist about any other medications that are being taken by the animal, and their medical history, before their treatment with gentamicin sulphate + analgin liquid injection.
