In pigs, this medicine is used to treat neonatal diarrhea, dysentery, and infectious atrophic rhinitis (AR).

In cattle, this drug is used for treating mastitis, endometritis, cystitis, nephritis, dermatitis, shipping fever, brucellosis, and hemorrhagic septicemia. It is also indicated for the treatment of CRD, CCRD, infectious coryza, bacterial enteritis, coli-diarrhea, and staphylococcosis in poultry.

This drug is a combination of the antibiotic Gentamicin Sulphate and the painkiller Metamizole.

Gentamicin Sulfate is classified as an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It works by inhibiting protein synthesis within the bacteria. This drug shows antibacterial activity against most gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Alcaligenes, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus.
