Diclazuril Oral Suspension is an anticoccidial drug used to treat and prevent coccidial infections in poultry, calves, or lambs. It is effective against Eimeria species, including Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mitis (mivati), E. maxima. E. crandallis and E. ovinoidalis.
Diclazuril is an anticoccidial of the benzeneacetonitrile group. It has a coccidiocidal effect on the asexual or sexual stages of the development cycle of the parasite.

It's used as a coccidiostat in chickens. Diclazuril is also used to treat and prevent coccidial infections in lambs.
What animals can be treated with Diclazuril Oral Suspension?
This medicine is recommended for poultry, cows, and sheep.
How is Diclazuril Oral Suspension used?
This medicine has been manufactured as a liquid, which is intended to administered orally. This oral suspension should be shaken before administration. Oral administration via feed or drinking water is recommended. It is recommended to treat all animals at the same time. Whenever the suspension is mixed with feed, the product should be used immediately. Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
How should Diclazuril Oral Suspension be stored?
This medication should be stored in a dark, dry location under 30°C.
Is there a withdrawal period after treatment with Diclazuril?
The withdrawal time is 5 days for broiler chickens. The exact duration will depend on local regulations.
Dosage
How much Diclazuril should be given to calves and lambs?
The maximum dosage is 1ml/25kg of body weight in calves and lambs. The duration of treatment should be 3 days a week for 6 weeks.
How much Diclazuril should be given to poultry?
The maximum dosage is 30-67ml/1000 liters of drinking water. The duration of treatment should be 3 days a week for 6 weeks.
Side Effects
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of Diclazuril Oral Suspension.
