What is Fenbendazole?
Active Ingredients: Fenbendazole
Fenbendazole Oral Suspension is an anthelmintic drug used to treat gastrointestinal and respiratory worm infections in many species of animals such as cats, cows, dogs, goats, horses, poultry, sheep, and pigs. It is an effective treatment for parasites such as Bunostomum, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Ostertagia, Strongyloides, and lungworms like Dictyocaulus viviparus.
Fenbendazole is classified as a benzimidazole carbamate. It shows a broad spectrum of activity against both mature and immature nematodes and cestodes. Fenbendazole works by inhibiting glucose uptake. This drains a parasite's glycogen reserves, which leads to its death.
This anthelmintic is an FDA-approved medication for animals. It is important to note that this formulation of Fenbendazole is for veterinary purposes only.
AdvaCare Pharma's Fenbendazole Oral Suspension is manufactured in GMP-certified facilities located in China, India, and the USA.
