        Meclizine + Vitamin B6 Tablets are an antihistamine. It is used to treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness from motion sickness. It can also reduce dizziness and loss of balance caused by problems in the inner ear. It treats vertigo, the result of an inner ear infection. Meclizine works by reducing the natural chemical, histamine, in the body. It is an antagonist of H1 receptors in the body. It has anticholinergic, central nervous system depressant, and anesthetic effects. These depress labyrinth excitability and vestibular stimulation. It may have an effect on the medullary chemoreceptor trigger zone. It is also a dopamine antagonist that does not cause catalepsy.

        Vitamin B6 keeps bodily functions operating at best by forming red blood cells and brain chemical.
