Product Information

AdvaCare is a CE, ISO and USFDA manufacturer and global supplier First Aid Kits. The StaySafe™ brand of First Aid Kits are internationally distributed and recognized for reliable quality and exceptional value. With distribution across developed and developing markets alike, our products are uniquely positioned as the brand of choice for medical professionals.

A first aid kit is an assortment of medical paraphernalia that is essential when performing first aid on somebody. Some of the basic items found in a first aid kit include bandages, dressings, disinfectants, tools, splints and heat retaining blankets.

First aid kits are a vital asset to have in the household, workplace, clinics and when travelling, especially in the outdoors or camping.

First aid kits are crucial, especially when in a remote area, as medical injuries and emergencies can happen any time, without warning. Bringing a first aid kit with you prepares for these situations.

The constituent of a first aid kit are suitable for treating minor wounds and for a temporary fix. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, and if the wound is severe enough, medical assistance should be sought after. A first aid kit can keep the injury at bay until proper help arrives.

Adding extra material to the kits, for example personal medications and emergency contact numbers will personalize the kit, more suited to the owner’s purposes.

Every product that is present within the first aid kits offered by AdvaCare are high quality, and are ISO, CE and USFDA approved.

There are 3 primary series of first aid kits that AdvaCare offers. The EconoGuard series are the smallest, basic kits, containing bandages, dressings and disinfectants, designed for treating minor injuries such as scrapes and cuts. Due to their size and compactness, they are suitable for light travelling and when on-the-go. It can fit into a bag or purse.

The first aid kits in the XtraGuard series are larger than the EconoGuard kits, containing a more comprehensive collection of medical products. These include higher-quality bandages and dressings, disinfectants and medical tools. Like the EconoGuard series, the XtraGuard series of kits are best suited to minor injuries. Empty pill bottles are included to store personal medications that are brought along.

The UltraGuard first aid kits contain everything that the previous two series contains, plus extra equipment. Additional supplies include blood stopper bandages, cooling sheets and splints. These first aid kits are the premier, all-purpose model, and can treat more severe wounds that the EconoGuard and XtraGuard kits cannot.

When purchasing one of AdvaCare’s first aid kits, the level of utility and desired amount of medical supplies should be taken into consideration, to ensure the customer receives all the necessary supplies they require.

It is imperative that the products in the first aid kits are not used if the packaging or seal is compromised. Evidence of this may suggest tampering or contamination. If one should come across first aid kit products inside comprised packaging, the correct course of action is to dispose of it quickly and safely.

  • Sufficiently sized first aid kits are required for environments containing a lot of people, such as a workplace or school, to cater for every individual suffering from an injury or wound;
  • It is important to keep the kit sufficiently stocked with medical supplies, and not let it run out. An empty kit is useless in the event of a medical emergency;
  • The owner or operator of the kit should have a sound knowledge of all the products in the kit, i.e. how to use each product and which situations to use them in.
