Specimen

Feces or vomit specimen should be collected using the cotton swab, which is enclosed in a sterile blister pack. For a valid test result, the swab should be sufficiently saturated.

After the sample has been collected, the cotton swab has to be placed in a buffer dilution immediately. In order to proceed with the test, a few drops of buffer dilution have to be introduced to the assigned area of the cassette.

The Cassette is structured as a plastic box containing the test strip. It provides a specific area for sample placement and incorporates a see-through window to display the test lines, signifying positive, negative, or invalid test findings.
