AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Naproxen capsules.
Naproxen capsules are a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) by inhibiting enzyme cyclooxygenase. It is often used for its antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It can be used to treat symptoms of pain due to rheumatoid arthritis, dysmenorrhea, gout, headache, backache, toothache, and tendinitis.
AdvaCare naproxen capsules are GMP certified.
Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of naproxen capsules. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use.
Common naproxen side effects include, but may not be limited to indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, swelling in your hands or feet, bruising, itching, rash, sweating, or ringing in your ears.
Seek medical attention if the following develop: signs of an allergic reaction to naproxen capsules such as sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, wheezing or trouble breathing, hives, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

If your condition does not improve or becomes worse, then call your doctor.
Driving or operating machinery is okay as it is an NSAID and should not make you drowsy.
Do NOT use naproxen capsules if you take:
- Antidepressants;
- Lithium;
- Methotrexate;
- Probenecid;
- A blood thinner;
- Heart or blood pressure medication, including a diuretic;
- Steroid medicine (such as prednisone).
Naproxen capsules should not be taken during pregnancy or breast feeding. Taking naproxen capsules during the last 3 months of pregnancy may harm the unborn baby. Consult your doctor or health care professional before taking it.
Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise. Usual dose for adults is 550mg orally once, followed by 275mg orally every 6 to 8 hours or 550mg orally every 12 hours as needed. Naproxen capsules are not recommended for children.
You should not use naproxen capsules if you are allergic to it, or if you have ever had an asthma attack or severe allergic reaction after taking aspirin or an NSAID. Ask a doctor or pharmacist if it is safe for you to use this medicine if you have: heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, if you smoke.
If you have a history of heart attack, stroke, or blood clot, stomach ulcers or bleeding, asthma, liver or kidney disease or fluid retention.
Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with naproxen capsules.
