        AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Estazolam tablets (Estazolam 1mg).

        Estazolam Tablets are prescribed for the short-term treatment of certain sleep disorders. It is an effective hypnotic drug showing efficacy in increasing the time spent asleep as well as reducing awakenings during the night.

        A combination of non-pharmacological options for sleep management results in long-term improvements in sleep quality after discontinuation of short-term estazolam therapy. Estazolam is also sometimes used as a preoperative sleep aid.

        It was found to be superior to triazolam in terms of side effects in preoperative patients in a trial.

        Store estazolam  1mg at room temperature between 20 to 25 degrees C. Keep the estazolam out of the reach of children and don’t sell or give away to anyone else because this medicine is dangerous and giving away to anyone else is against the law.

        Side Effects:

        • You are not able to stay in bed for a full night (7 to 8 hours);
        • You drink alcohol or have taken another medicine for sleep;
        • You are allergic to any of the ingredients in the tablet.

        Use of estazolam 1mg during pregnancy or breast feeding is fine only if you are using appropriate birth control methods while taking this medicine. If taken during pregnancy, this medicine can cause birth defects in the unborn child. Consult your doctor or health care professional before taking estazolam.

        Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise.
        Usual dose for adults is: the recommended initial dose for adults is 1mg at bedtime. Some patients might need a 2mg dose.
        Usual does for children is: please consult with your doctor about the dosage. In children younger than 18, it should be used with extreme caution. The safety and effectiveness on children have not been confirmed.

        Sodium oxybate is one of the drugs that are known to interact with estazolam. There are other medications which may affect how estazolam works, such as: azole antifungals and ketoconazole. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with estazolam.
