General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Acetylsalicylic Acid tablets.
Acetylsalicylic acid, mostly known with is common name Aspirin, belongs to a group of drugs called salicylates often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains, such as a headache, minor pain of arthritis, muscle or menstrual pain and toothaches.
Aspirin also acts as an antipyretic to reduce fever and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Acetylsalicylic Acid is used to treat mild to moderate pain, and also to reduce fever or inflammation. It is sometimes used to treat or prevent heart attacks, strokes, and angina.
Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of this product. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use. Common side effects include, but may not be limited to: trouble sleeping, unusual drowsiness, shaking, irritability, acid or sour stomach, anxiety, belching, dizziness, dry mouth, and hyperventilation.
Seek medical attention if the following develop: yellow eyes and skin, weight gain, weakness or heaviness of the legs, vomiting of blood or material looks like coffee grounds, stomach pain, change in consciousness, chest pain, confusion, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, fainting, fast breathing, fever, unusual tiredness or weakness, greatly decreased the frequency of urination or amount of urine, headache, heartburn, increased thirst, irregular heartbeat, loss of appetite, and constipation.

Indications and Usage
It’s better to take this medication on a full stomach with an entire cup of water. Do not chew, break or crush the pill, but swallow it whole.
Take aspirin tablets exactly as suggested by your doctor until the prescribed time is done. Avoid taking it for a shorter or longer time than the suggested one and in smaller or larger amounts.
If you need a surgery, take your doctor in advance that you are taking aspirin, as you may need to interrupt the therapy for a while.
Administration and Dosage
The dose may be decided depending on your age, condition, response to the treatment, weight or other medical conditions you have. The dosage may also depend on the problem you are going to treat. Do always consult your doctor to decide the daily amount.
Interactions
If you are taking cold, allergy or pain medicines, ask your doctor, pharmacist or health care provider for a consultation before starting taking aspirin or any NSAIDs.

If you take a larger dose than you should take, tell your doctor, pharmacist or health care specialist promptly even if you don’t feel bad. Bring with you the container and tell them about the amount you took and related timing. Temporary hearing loss, convulsion or coma may be overdose’s symptoms.
Adverse Reactions and Precautions
Aspirin can cause Reye’s syndrome, a severe and sometimes deadly condition for children. Do not administer this medication to children who are younger than 8 years old.
Do not use aspirin if you are allergic to it. Also avoid using it if you have recently had intestinal bleeding, a bleeding disorder, if you have ever had an asthma attack after taking aspirin or any NSAIDs.
To be safe, inform your doctor in case you have asthma or seasonal allergies, heart or high blood pressure problems, congestive heart failures, stomach, kidney or liver diseases, gout.
If you are pregnant, you are planning to get pregnant or you are breast-feeding, ask your doctor for a consultation before taking aspirin, as it may cause bleeding in you or your baby during the delivery.
