What is Ivermectin?

Therapeutic Class:
Target Species:

Active Ingredients: Ivermectin

Ivermectin Pour-On Solution is a dewormer drug used to treat parasites in horses and livestock animals such as camels, cows, goats and sheep. It is used in the treatment of gastrointestinal roundworms, eyeworms, horn flies, lice, mites, and grubs. Depending on the infection, it may be necessary to combine this external treatment with an internal dewormer.

Ivermectin is within the family of medicines called anthelmintics. This compound has been derived from avermectin. Ivermectin works by inhibiting the function of aspects of the nervous system within the parasite. This leads to its paralysis and then the death of the parasite.

It is important to note that Ivermectin Pour-On Solution is for veterinary purposes. This product is intended for external use only.

AdvaCare Pharma is a global distributor of Ivermectin Pour-On Solution. AdvaCare excels at the production of high-quality yet cost-effective veterinary supplies and medicines. This product has been manufactured in our GMP-certified facilities located in China, India, and the USA.
