        Product Information

        General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Provitam (Multivitamin) syrup.

Provitam syrup is a preparation intended to supplement a human diet with vitamins, dietary minerals, and other nutritional elements. By supplementing the diet with additional vitamins and minerals, multivitamins can be a valuable tool for those with dietary imbalances or different nutritional needs.

People with dietary imbalances may include those on restrictive diets and those who can’t or won’t eat a nutritious diet.

Pregnant women and elderly adults have different nutritional needs than other adults, and a multivitamin may be indicated by their physicians.

        Side Effects:
As with all supplements, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of multivitamin syrup. This product does not contain any added sugar, drugs or hormones. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use.

Common side effects include, but may not be limited to mild diarrhea; nausea; stomach upset.

Seek medical attention if the following develop: severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); feeling of swelling of the entire body; numbness or tingling of the skin.

For a comprehensive list of all possible effects, consult your doctor.

If any symptom persists or gets worse, or you notice any other symptom, then please call your doctor immediately.

        Additional Information

Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking multivitamin syrup.

If your condition does not improve or becomes worse, then call your doctor.

Driving or operating machinery is okay, as it does not cause motor functions.

Do NOT use provitam (multi-vitamin) syrups if:

        • You have an allergy to any of the ingredients, this may cause severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); feeling of swelling of the entire body; numbness or tingling of the skin.

The dose of multivitamin syrup during pregnancy or breastfeeding may need to be different. Some vitamins and minerals can harm an unborn baby if taken in large doses. You may need to use a prenatal vitamin specially formulated for pregnant women. Multivitamins can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby.

Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise. The usual dose for adults is 1 capsule daily.

Multivitamins can interact with certain medications, or affect how medications work in your body. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with provitam (multi-vitamin) syrups.
