Tilmicosin Granules are an antibiotic drug used to treat various types of infections in pigs. It is indicated for the treatment of respiratory infections, such as pneumonia, caused by susceptible strains of bacteria like Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, and Pasteurella multocida.

Tilmicosin is a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic. It works by inhibiting protein synthesis. Tilmicosin shows a broad spectrum of activity against Mycoplasma, Pasteurella and Haemophilus, and gram-positive organisms, such as Staphylococcus and Corynebacterium.
