AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Tramadol + Paracetamol Tablets.
Tramadol is an opioid (narcotic). Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever), but it is not in the aspirin or opioid classes of drugs.
Paracetamol treats pains and decreases fever.
Tramadol + Paracetamol works on the central nervous system, the work on the norepinephrine and serotonin in your brain. By this, they modulate how the brain responds to pain and the also block pain signals coming to the central nervous system.
The action of these analgesics treats moderate to severe pains.
This medication is metabolized in the liver and then excreted in urine and feces.
Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceutical medications, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of tramadol + paracetamol tablets.
Always consult a physician for medical advice before use.
Common side effects may include feeling drowsy, tired or sleepy, constipation, dizziness, decreased concentration and coordination.
Some serious side effects may include allergic reactions, liver damage, seizures, increased risk of suicide, slowed breathing, serotonin syndrome, withdrawal symptoms, adrenal insufficiency, and androgen deficiency.

Indications and Usage
This medication is used to treat moderate to severe pain for up to 5 days.
It works better than either tramadol or paracetamol alone.
It may be used instead of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, paracetamol and opioid combinations used for pain relief.
Administration and Dosage
Use of tramadol + paracetamol tablets during pregnancy or breastfeeding appears to be harmful.
Consult your doctor or healthcare professional before taking tramadol + paracetamol.
Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed the advisable dosage.
The usual dose for adults is 50mg + 325mg taken every 6 hours per day.
Maximum dosage is 6 tablets per day.
This medication is not for people younger than 18 years old.
Interactions
Possible interactions with tramadol + paracetamol tablets include blood thinners, heart medications, seizure medications, anesthetics, drugs that affect liver function, drugs that affect brain serotonin, some pain medications and drugs that cause drowsiness.
Tramadol + paracetamol tablets should not be taken with alcohol. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with tramadol + paracetamol tablets.
Overdose
Taking more medicines may cause poisoning and severe side effects. Please call the emergency department if you suspect tramadol + paracetamol tablets overdose.

- You have liver damage;
