AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer Neomycin Sulfate tablets.
Neomycin Sulfate Tablets are an antibiotic. It is used to reduce the risk of infection during bowel surgery. It can also be used to reduce symptoms of hepatic coma. Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that belongs to a class of antibiotics with two or more aminosugars connected by glycosidic bonds. It is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and can be used to prevent hepatic encephalopathy and hypercholesterolemia. It kills bacteria in the intestinal tract to keep ammonia levels low. It can also be used to treat bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine.
Neomycin works by binding to the 30S subunit of the ribosome in the cell and inhibiting translation of proteins from the mRNA.
Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of neomycin sulfate tablets. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use. Common side effects include, but may not be limited to nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Seek medical attention if the following develop: drowsiness, confusion, mood changes, shallow breathing, loss of coordination, numbness, muscle twitching.
