        AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Molsidomine tablets.

        Molsidomine Tablets are an oral, long-acting vasolidating drug. It is metabolized in the liver from Molsidomine to the active metabolite linsidomine. Linsidomine is a compound that releases nitric oxide from decaying. Nitric oxide is the actual vasodilating compound.

        Molsidomine is a heterocyclic, non-benzene compound used to dilate the blood vessels. It has vasodilator properties and can treat angina and myocardial infarction. It is prepared by chemical synthesis.

        Side Effects:
        As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of molsidomine tablets. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use. Side effects include, but may not be limited to headaches, anorexia, facial flushing, nausea, vomiting, and orthostatic hypotension.
