Miconazole nitrate + clobetasol propionate + neomycin sulfate creams are a topical corticosteroid. The miconazole compound is used for reducing inflammation by releasing various constituents that are important in the immune system. These substances cause blood vessels to widen and result in the irritated area becoming red, swollen, itchy and painful, such as is seen in dermatitis or eczema.
Clobetasol acts inside the skin cells to decrease the release of these inflammatory substances. This reduces swelling, redness, and itch. Clobetasol propionate is classed as a very potent corticosteroid. It helps in treating severe inflammatory skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis.
Neomycin is an antibiotic of the aminoglycoside type and is used to treat infections with bacteria. It works by affecting the bacteria’s production of certain proteins that are necessary for their survival.

- Given to children are below 2 years of age;
- You are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Miconazole nitrate + clobetasol propionate + neomycin sulfate topical creams are created for cutaneous use only and should not be used in the eyes, nose, mouth, and ear.
Overdosage, application frequency, and treatment duration of miconazole nitrate + clobetasol propionate + neomycin sulfate cream should not be exceeded.
