General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Ephedrine HCL tablet.
Ephedrine HCL Tablets are used to temporarily relieve shortness of breath, chest tightness, and wheezing. It can treat symptoms of bronchial asthma. It is a decongestant and bronchodilator.
Ephedrine works by reducing swelling and constricting of blood vessels in the nasal passages. It widens the lung airways which allows the patient to breathe more easily.
Ephedrine is a medication and stimulant that can prevent low blood pressure during spinal anesthesia.
Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of ephedrine HCL tablets. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use. Common side effects include, but may not be limited to dizziness, headache, nausea, nervousness, tremor, loss of appetite, and stomach irritation. Seek medical attention if the following develop: signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, tightness in the chest, swelling, or difficulty breathing, and difficulty urinating.

Possible interactions include but are not limited to: MAO inhibitors, beta blockers, COMT inhibitors, guanadrel, or guanethidine. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with ephedrine HCL tablets.
