The active ingredient, Cyclophosphamide, is a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent that is a member of the drug family oxazophorine. It works by slowing or stopping cell growth. Cyclophosphamide is also known by the name "cytophosphane."

What is Cyclophosphamide used for?

What dose should be given?

For lymphoma, the usual dose is 40-50mg/kg IV divided over 2-5 of each cycle.
