        As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye drops. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use.

        Common side effects include, but may not be limited to stinging/burning in the eyes. Seek medical attention if the following develop: vision problems, eye pain, headache, dizziness, and symptoms of an allergic reaction including rashes, itching, swelling, or trouble breathing.
