AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Ivermectin premixes.

Ivermectin is derived from the avermectin family, a group of broad-spectrum, potent antiparasitic agent isolated from the fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis.

Ivermectin premix is indicated for the treatment and prevention of harmful species of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, grubs sucking lice and mange mites in cattle. For swine, it is indicated for the treatment and control of the gastrointestinal roundworms, somatic roundworm larvae, lungworms, lice, and mange mites.

It is important to note that AdvaCare’s ivermectin Premix is for veterinary purposes only, and altho’ there are similar medications available for human use, you should only use medications prescribed by a veterinary doctor or animal care specialist for an animal.

Side Effects:
As with all veterinary medicine, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of ivermectin premix. Always consult a veterinary doctor or animal care specialist for medical advice before use. Side effects include swallowing difficulties, vomiting, and nausea.

If this product makes pets nauseous, try administering it with food. If it gives your pet breathing or swallowing problems, follow with a small amount of water.

Usual dosage is administered by mixing in the feed 100µg/kg liver weight daily for 7 days or as instructed by a veterinarian.
