Product Information

General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Doramectin Sodium liquid injections.

Doramectin injectable solution is a ready-to-use, colorless to pale yellow, sterile solution containing 1% w/v (10 mg/mL) highly active. One dose of doramectin injectable solution effectively treats and controls a wide range of roundworm and arthropod parasites that impair the health and productivity of cattle and swine.

It is important to note AdvaCare’s doramectin liquid injection is for veterinary purposes only, and altho’ there are similar medications available for human consumption, you should only use the type prescribed by a veterinary doctor or animal care specialist for an animal.

Side Effects:
As with all veterinary medicine, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of doramectin. Always consult a veterinary physician or animal care specialist for medical advice before use.

Side effects caused by doramectin are rare. Intramuscular injections have a greater chance of causing injection site blemishes than other types of administration. Possible negative side effects that have appeared when treating dogs for demodicosis include pupil dilation, blindness, lethargy, and coma.

Doramectin should not be used in animals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to the drug. A veterinarian should be contacted immediately if an overdose is suspected or any alarming symptoms occur.

For a comprehensive list of all possible effects, consult a veterinary physician.

If any symptom persists or worsens, or you notice any other symptom, then please seek veterinary medical treatment immediately.
