Product Information

General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Erythromycin Enteric-coated tablets.

Erythromycin is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. It is a macrolide antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Erythromycin enteric-coated tablets do not treat viral infections.

Erythromycin enteric-coated tablets can treat such conditions as: whooping cough, chlamydial bacterial infections, sinus infections, pneumonia, a bacterial infection of the cervix, sinusitis from Streptococcus pneumoniae, skin infections, inflammation of the urethra, brown patches in armpits, syphilis, throat infections, leigonnaire’s disease, acute streptococcus, strep throat, and more.

Enteric-coating protects the tablet from inactivating effects of gastric acidity. It also permits efficient absorption of the antibiotic in the small intestine of the patient.
