Product Information

General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Furosemide tablets.

Furosemide is used to reduce extra fluid in the body (edema) caused by conditions such as heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. This can lessen symptoms such as shortness of breath and swelling in your arms, legs, and abdomen. This drug is also used to treat high blood pressure. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.

Furosemide is a “water pill” (diuretic) that causes you to make more urine. This helps your body get rid of extra water and salt.

Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of furosemide. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use. Common side effects include, but may not be limited to nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach cramping, dizziness, itching, blurred vision, headache. Seek medical attention if the following develop: dry mouth, feeling of thirst, weakness, severe nausea or vomiting, fast or abnormal heartbeat, drowsiness, muscle pains and urinating less.

For a comprehensive list of all possible effects, consult your doctor. If any symptom persists or gets worse, or you notice any other symptom, please call your doctor immediately.
