AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Prednisolone tablets.

Prednisolone belongs to a class of medications called corticosteroid. It works by preventing inflammation and lowering the body’s natural defense. Prednisolone can suppress the immune system by reducing the activity and production of the lymphocytes and eosinophils.

It is used to treat a wide range of inflammatory and auto-immune diseases such as asthma, uveitis, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, temporal arteritis and so on.

People who take prednisolone must avoid contact with anyone suffering from measles, chickenpox or shingles.

Side Effects:

Common side effects include, but may not be limited to: feeling depressed, feeling high or moods that go up and down, feeling anxious, having strange and frightening thoughts. Seek medical attention if the following develop: Itching or skin rashes, swelling of the face, lips or throat, difficulty breathing or wheeziness.
