Do NOT use levonorgestrel tablets if you are:
- Allergic to ingredients.
Do not use levonorgestrel tablets during pregnancy or breast feeding. Consult your doctor or health care professional before having/taking/using levonorgestrel tablets.
Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise. Usual dose for adults is 1 tablet within 72 hours of intercourse, and a second tablet 12 hours later.
Possible interactions include hepatic enzyme-inducing drugs such as anticonvulsants phenytoin, carbamazepine, and barbiturates. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with levonorgestrel tablets.
