Do NOT use hydrocortisone ointment if:
- You are allergic to hydrocortisone;
- You have any other allergies;
- You have a medical history, especially of: diabetes, eye problems, infections (especially rectal sores/infections), liver disease, stomach/intestinal problems.
Hydrocortisone topical ointment is created for cutaneous use only and should not be used in the eyes, nose, mouth and ears.
Over dosage, application frequency, and treatment duration of hydrocortisone ointment should not be exceeded.
Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with hydrocortisone ointment.
