General Information:
AdvaCare is a GMP manufacturer of Ringers infusions.

Ringers infusions is a sterile, pyrogen-free mixture of potassium chloride, calcium chloride and sodium chloride dissolved in water. Ringers infusions is administered for electrolyte replenishment with or without minimal carbohydrate calories.

The solutions contain no antimicrobial agent or added buffer (except for pH adjustment) and each is intended only for use as a single-dose injection. The solutions are parenteral fluid, nutrient and/or electrolyte replenishes.

Treatment should be initiated only by physicians.

Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals some unwanted effects can occur from the use of ringers infusions. Always consult a doctor or healthcare professional for medical advice before use.

Common side effects include: swelling hands/ankles/feet, trouble breathing, and muscle cramps/weakness.

  • Hypersensitivity reactions, including, laryngeal edema and sneezing;
  • Hypervolemia;
  • Infusion site reactions, including Infection at the site of injection, extravasation, and infusion site anesthesia (numbness).

Over dosage, application frequency, and treatment duration of ringers infusions should not be exceeded.

Ringers infusions is not recommended for the treatment of infections due to inadequate efficacy.
