There is little evidence regarding the use of ranitidine HCL capsules during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so consult your doctor or health care professional before taking ranitidine.
Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise. The usual dose for adults is: 150mg. The usual dose for children is: 2 to 4mg.
Possible interactions with ranitidine HCL capsules are certain antibiotics such as cobicistat and atazanavir. Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with ranitidine HCL capsules.
