Mitomycin C powder for injection is given intravenously to treat upper gastrointestinal (e.g. esophageal carcinoma), rectal cancers, pancreatic, neck cancers, cervix cancers, lung cancers, and breast cancers, but can also be given via a bladder instillation for superficial bladder tumors.
