Do NOT use ramosetron injection if:
- You have irritable bowel syndrome or other similar disease.
- You have infectious enteritis.
- You have colon cancer.
- You have active diarrhea.
- You are unresponsive to conventional therapy.
There is little evidence with regards to the use of ramosetron injection during pregnancy or breast feeding, and so consult your doctor or health care professional before taking ramosetron.
Refer to your doctor or pharmacist for guidelines on dosage. Do not exceed what they advise. Usual dose for adults is: 5 mg of ramosetron once a day, and should not use more than 10 mg.
Consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with ramosetron hcl injection.
