General Information:
Azasetron hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection is an antineoplastic which acts to prevent, inhibit or halt the development of a tumor. As well as this, it is also used in chemotherapy to treat vomiting caused by other antineoplastics.

Azasetron has an active ingredient which is the azasetron hydrochloride and is indicated for nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy (such as cisplatin chemotherapy). On the other hand, sodium chloride injections provide electrolytes and is a source of water for hydration. It is capable of inducing diuresis depending on the clinical condition of the patient. They combine to work together to act as an effective chemotherapy and antineoplastic.

Side Effects:
As with all pharmaceuticals, some unwanted effects can occur from the use of azasetron and sodium chloride. Always consult a doctor or health care professional for medical advice before use. Common side effects include, but may not be limited to abdominal discomfort, constipation, dizziness, headache, febrile response, infection at the site of injection, venous thrombosis, extravasation, and hypervolemia.
