Driving or operating machinery is okay only if you are aware how you might react to it. You might feel some dizziness if you take this medicine and it may affect your ability to drive or use machinery.
Do NOT use roxithromycin if:
- You are allergic to any of the ingredients in roxithromycin;
- You are being treated with rye ergot alkaloids.
Take special care with roxithromycin if:
- You suffer a heart disease;
- You have severe liver disease;
- You have diarrhea during your treatment.
Use of roxithromycin during pregnancy or breast feeding is not recommended. Consult your doctor or health care professional before taking roxithromycin. Roxithromycin can pass into breast milk so caution should be exercised when administered to nursing mother.

Usual dose for adults is: the usual dose of roxithromycin is 1 tablet (300mg) once a day or 1 tablet (150mg) morning and one in evening for a duration of 5 to 10 days.
