Do not take more than the recommended dose of a multivitamin tablets. An overdose of vitamins A, D, E or K can cause serious or life threatening side effects.
Avoid taking more than one multivitamin products at the same time because taking similar vitamin products at the same time can cause a vitamin overdose. Do not take this medication with milk, other dairy products, calcium supplements or antacids that contain calcium. Multivitamins tablets can interact with certain medications so please consult with your doctor about any medications you are taking, before your treatment with multivitamin tablets.
